I really want us to get Harrison for NT just like everyone else, I think I was the one that started the talk about him months ago. Also I would like to see us get Jerrell Freeman, that would be much cheaper than Danny Trevathan take away from a division rival and fill a big need. Tashaun Gipson is still out there I think. That lets us go Tunsil in the 1st. then best available CB,OLB in 2nd and 3rd. Or if we get a OT go Jalen Ramsey in first and then what ever of above we did not get and OLB in 2nd and 3rd.

Profootballtalk.com reports the Browns have "yanked" their offer to free agent RT Mitchell Schwartz.

The Browns are apparently playing hardball with their four-year right tackle, though PFT's Mike Florio acknowledges the move "could be posturing." Cleveland has already lost Travis Benjamin (Chargers) in free agency, and is poised to lose Alex Mack (Falcons), as well. Previous reports out of Cleveland had the team likely to re-sign Schwartz at roughly $7.5 million per season.

    Grr

NJ Advance Media reports the Giants are "on the verge" of signing free agent NT Damon Harrison.

The deal is reportedly going to be worth $8-$9 million per year. That would be huge money for what amounts to a two-down run stuffer, but the Giants are clearly serious about upgrading their defense. The deal would easily put him in the top 10 among 4-3 tackles.

    Get out of here Falcons

ESPN's Dianna Marie Russini reports the Falcons have emerged as the favorites to land free agent Mohamed Sanu.

Russini reports the Falcons have offered Sanu over $7 million per year. It's a ton of coin for a gadget-type receiver who struggles to win versus man coverage, but Sanu is essentially a better version of Leonard Hankerson, who had a big role when healthy in Falcons OC Kyle Shanahan's offense last season.

I'm not going to keep arguing with you if you refuse to listen to what I've repeatedly said. Bosa can play OLB or kick inside. He is the typical Dick LeBeau OLB/DE, and at No.1, he would NOT be a backup. He would get equal if not more playing time. Nuff said.

Equal "if not more"playing time isn't a good use of the #1 overall pick to a team that's been the worst in the league over the past two years. If you can't understand that, there's no helping you.

Wrong...yet again. Most starting quality OT's are taken in the 1st Rd, practically every year. Our greatest need by far is OT, and when we pick at No.1, we are poised to take a guy who should be a pro bowl player in a few years time. What's more is Tunsil makes more sense at No.1. Taking a DB does not.

The only way we don't take Tunsil at No.1 is if we address that spot in FA with someone like Schwartz or Okung. If Robinson wants to get fired soon, then he should take your advice and gamble the franchise by drafting a RT in the 2nd or 3rd rd. where there is nothing left but scraps.
