Calvin Johnson retires..

Dude was amazing. Sucks he was drafted by Detroit. That place has killed some amazing careers.

 

One of the all-time great WR's. Deserving hall of famer.

 

I read that if he changes his mind he can come back, but that Detroit would be forced into cutting him because of cap restrictions.

Im gonna laugh if he played the Lions for fools just to escape that mess.

 

He deserves it, but he may not make it due to retiring so early.

Definitely won't be first ballot, but he'll probably end up in there at some point down the road.

 

He could teach DGB quite a bit

 

What a waste of a solid career. Lions should have had pity and traded him to a winner.

 

One of the people who can probably do anything he wants after he retires. I've heard he is an incredibly smart guy.

 

come on... they would just cut till his arse fit inside the CAP

but still good strategy. He should coordinate with Barry Sanders and both come back the same day.... would be hilarious
