Yeah, I play that album once in a while for ambience. Locally it's popular as stage music for firedancers and performance artists.

Podcasts really killed my music listening tbh. I have a long commute and listen to podcasts 95% of the time. I mostly listen to music on my computer while I'm working. Lately I've been listening to a lot of instrumental stuff... classical, jazz, Spanish guitar, hip hop beats, even some electronic stuff. I find it less distracting than stuff with lyrics for some reason.

I made about 12 hours of various spooky music/horror rock/monster mashes/monster-sci trailer audio back at Halloween for then haunt and it has remained in play mode pretty much ever since...

Who doesn't wanna hear Screaming Lord Sutch and Rudy Ray Moore back to back with the Carpenter theme from Halloween?

Late 80's, 90's hip hop mixed with some 60's-70's Rock and some Redhot chili peppers, NIN, Pearl Jam, Korn, SOD... I could go on but that's my usual go to.

Podcast and Audio books have been getting more PT recently tho.

Played a benefit on Friday and there was a band earlier in the night - all young kids, maybe 18/19 and they were laying down some tasty Bluesbreaker/Johnny Winter type original Blues stuff. Kid played a beefy gold top and it was quite nice.
Maybe all the kids aren't insane..
