I hate Chip, but would much rather have him over Mularkey. Shows that the organization is at least trying to win.

A couple of things...First of all THIS IS NOT A BUY IN to a notrocious decision made by this ownership and management. But since this is the situation and Marcus is my player who I will continue to follow I will do the very best I can with the news.

With that said, removing the interim label of Mike's name I think can only help. It gives him a bit more credibility as the head guy now and he can relax do some of the things he wants to do now on offense and defense.

His demeanor, again I'm trying to be as positive about this as possible is similar to that of Belichick. He shows very little emotion. Ittcould be his past failures like Belichick is a thing of the past and with someone like Marcus who we have hope that one day he will reach the heights of Brady. Can help him reach a successful career for himself.

I think Mike is a very likeable guy. From a human standpoint, he deserved another chance. I think it's great for him he got it. I think it's terrible for the organization and fans that it's here with the Titans when there were so many other better possibilities and it's a team that had to have the better prospect.

With that said. Mike is the guy...I don't like it, I don't buy into it and I'm not about to endorse it to ownership as a fan. Now that he is the guy and I have to follow the team, I will hope for the best and put my own a lil spin on it. I don't think he has a chance in becoming the next Belichick, But he does have Marcus and that gives him a solid foundation. If Jon Robinson, who I like, is the next John Schneider, he has a chance. The good news is he does have the owners buy in and faith. That will only help.
