    knew it was coming. its disappointing...but we will just have to wait and see what happens now. hopefully he atleast clears house of position coaches and OC and brings in some good help.

    I'll take the wait and see approach, disappointed like many but we'll see how the draft, OC hiring shakes out. Hopefully Robinson can convince FA's to come to this ****show because that's where we were hoping the next improvement begins. Missed on the HC hire.

    The HC hire is sort of important. You can't have continuity if you can't attract decent assistant coaches and FA's. And Mularkey has FAILED AT EVERY STOP.

    This charade hire was an exact repeat of the Munchak hire. Bad. Just. Bad.

    This is the conclusion I have come too. Just a pitiful search for a replacement for firing Whiz and the elimination of several GM candidates because they wouldn't retain Mularkey. How could our list not involve Hue Jackson, Josh Mcdaniels, Adam Gase, or Chip Kelly. Hell Mcdaniels showed interest in the job and all we had to do was reach out to him. I think I'm more upset with this charade of a head coaching search this ownership wanted us to believe they were doing as far as finding a winner. They knew all along who was going to be our coach in 2016.

    That's my opinion so I'm going to say Fiction

    The spin is in full force.

    Mularkey is good for Mariota. Mularkey showed leadership and was well liked. Mularkey will work well with Robinson. Mularkey is well-connected so will bring in quality staff.
