If we hire Ross or Beddingfield it is saying we hired a less competent GM for the simple fact we could throw Mularkey on to them with little resistance. Basically a giant **** you to the already dwindling number of fans out there. Looks more like a we don't want to put the time and money into a full blown rebuild and search the team actually needs. You don't care so why should I.

I could save a lot of money and headaches being a Steelers fan. They're closer to me, on normal cable tv, care about putting a competitive product on the field, not to mention I no longer need to pay for NFL game day to watch Tennessee games or go to a bar, not to mention I'll stop getting hazed by my entire family as to why I'm not a Steelers fan yet and like arguably the worst team in the NFL.

Trips to Nashville aren't cheap when you live in Pennsylvania and sure as hell haven't been worth it as of late.

Dude we are far from mediocre. I am just saying that if they keep him, that tells me that they are looking to sell. I don't think they are that dumb to payout all these new contracts when they plan to cut bait anyway. Why are they not letting the staff interview right now? Either they are selling or they are totally inept.

I really hope they hire a great GM today. That might change my mind. Thanks

I have been less than impressed with the development of our WRs. He has been given a bunch of draft picks to work with, but yet we are still in need of WR help....you can argue that he was given bad draft picks, but I would like to see a coach take mid/late rnd talent and be able to coach them into being a solid player. In his career Jefferson has not developed many mid rnd receivers into decent players. Nate Burelson is the one guy you could point to, but playing opposite Megatron certainly makes things easier.
