For the guys who saw the thread with the fake Rapoport account saying we interviewing Kiffin, I pulled it so no more confusion.

At this point I'd be happy with Mike Shula, its seems like we're scraping the bottom of the barrel with the candidates thus far.

I was going to say "Mularkey the clear front runner" and Marrone? Looks like we want the #1 pick again next year lol

Lol... Kiffin is coaching in the National Championship right now. How did you fall for that?

Plus, it's Kiffin... Not many would give that guy another chance. Especially not in this state.

Don't get me wrong, it's not that I don't like Mularkey, not at all. I think he's probably a hell of a good guy and a good coach. He understands that, while being head coach, he can't wear too many hats; he delegates well and seems like a good motivator.

I just feel that this is a golden opportunity to get a young up and comer as head coach to put his stamp on this team and franchise. We desperately need an identity. I think of the Titans as kind of a blank slate, and Mularkey, while likable seems like kind of the same ole' same ole' in terms of approach/identity.

I still want Mularkey as part of the franchise, just not as a head coach if that makes sense?

Exactly how I feel... He was dealt a sh*t hand. Not much else he could do. I feel sorry for him. Horrible situation to be put in.

Although, unfortunately, Mularkey will have to pack his bags too. That's just how it works in this situation. Would've loved to keep Munch as OL coach, but it just doesn't work that way. Gotta get rid of everyone.

I think it's pretty clear that, at the very least, Mularkey is a very good TE coach. That was far and away our best unit.

I wish y'all would quit settling for Mularkey and making excuses because you think it's happening. Gah. Nobody wants that guy. Nobody.

Not allowing assistants or position coaches to interview anywhere, even those with contracts that expire in less than a month. Another not so good sign for the HC search. IMO there are very few position coaches we should keep no matter who the HC is.......

Bostad should be kicked out the door ASAP.

Just say no to Mularkey. We can do better and we should do better.
