I just have this preconceived notion that ST coaches arent real football coaches...

Its like letting the bus driver come teach the class or something..

 

Yeah certainly not my first choice but if he is a good leader and hires some great coordinators and we can better evaluate talent... Who knows. Risky though.

 

If he had been under Any Reid all these years maybe I bite, but he was passed up for Marc Trestman in Chicago.. Thats pretty real sad.

 

John Harbaugh?

 

Toub would be a good choice. He is a great leader and motivator. He will help our atrocious special teams. OC and DC lead that side of the ball. Horton and LeBeau could still be on D. That's fine. We would just need to find a new OC.

The bar is low. Lol. Has been for a few years . Time for a change .

 

You can hire him but I doubt he can officially work for them until their season is over.

Don't think so. He was an OC, with no flexibility, no way but his way. He was a non motivator . Took passion and heart out of the game. Our team lacked heart .
