Rumor Josh McDaniels Wants the Titans HC Job

I think Mariota is important but what about the other positions for example Wiz had a history with terrible left and right tackles big reason why he was fire in Arizona and here.

That's why I give a small advantage to Jackson RBs and Olines look a little better under his system.But still the gap is not that huge and don't mind having any of this guys Base/Hue/McDaniels/Kelly

 

I admit, I don't watch a lot of the Bengals so I don't know what his offense consists of with Andy Dalton in the lineup. But I watched the Bengals two weeks ago with AJ McCarron and the only thing I noticed being ran is short pattern and screens. If that is what he will run here, there is no reason Mariota will. have probs with his system.

 

Want a do-over? He wrecked his team? Kelly just beat the Patriots a few weeks ago...the same team that was looking like Super Bowl favorites, again. And all he had to do was beat the Redskins, to take command of the division. I watched much of the game, and had it not been for Murray taking off without the ball (fumbled the ball that was immediately returned for a Redskins TD), then they probably beat the Redskins. There were a few other plays where the offensive player tried to turn upfield before securing the ball...and those mistakes alone cost the Eagles the game.

Just a few plays away from winning the division and heading to the playoffs...all with an average QB. I'm convinced Kelly would have utterly dominated that division this year, if Mariota had slid in the 1st Rd to him...despite all the haters hating on him for his personnel decisions.

 

When it comes to McDaniels....Mickey D...we have all seen this play, and know how it ends. 3 different actors...same script. Everyone believes the hype about Charlie Cheeseburger, and he blows it up. They believed the hype about Mickey D. He blows it up. They believed the hype with Obrien...hasn't exactly blown it up, but he's not done much with it, either. All of their offenses outside of the Patriots never resemble what you see when Brady is running it.

It's the Brady hype...a lot like Saban's proteges. As a Tennessee Vol fan, we've suffered that same hype trap. Dooley came from Saban's coaching tree, and otherwise had no credentials for the HC'ing job at UT. He blew it up.

But before he completely dismantled the program, he hired another coach from Saban's tree...Sal Suneri. Both coaches were utter disasters. It was like having a B2 bomber fly overhead and drop 5000lb bombs of failure on the program!

Guys, all I'm saying is don't fall for it. He might turn out to be a good HC, but I'd rather another team test the waters beforehand. He kind of has that young frat boy attitude, and I'm not that impressed. Would rather have Kelly or Jackson.

 

Brady can play any game really well...but I get and agree with your point.

 

Magically when the ben-gals get great wr's they get a great vertical game. Funny how that works.
