Titans Head Coach Interviews thread

I know I was confused when I read that too. I havent heard Shula as a serious candidate as our next HC anywhere except in that article. Im not buying it.

 

@DMooreNFL: In addition to #Bears OC A. Gase, I'm told #Titans are in process of asking permission to speak to #Patriots OC McDaniels, per sources.

 

Don't forget with "the Titans having 155 possibles , every hack in the state and beyond is dragging names out of the deepest of all woodworks to try and kill some time before the real appointment. I'm staggered that nobody has mentioned Jerry Glanville so far....

I'm not buying that Mularkey is staying on. Of those we know are true posssibles , JM would be cool.

I think there are too many other qualified candidates out there that would be better options than keeping Mularkey. I'm sorry but to be honest there is no way that ownership or front office can justify to me that Mularkey is the best candidate of all 155 people we have on the list of coaches we are considering. It would make zero sense to keep Mularkey who has not been successful at any of his previous HC jobs, including the 2nd half of this past season.

I don't know why, but I keep having this thought that I don't want a GM that has had the same position and been fired elsewhere. If he's never been a GM fine, or if he's been a GM and quit on his own fine, but I don't want another team's sloppy seconds.
