I wonder if she reads the message boards. Seems like everything we gripe about she seems to fix, lol.

I will feel the same way too IF she does NOT bring back Mularkey. So we will learn alot about her ownership ability from this HC hire. Virtually EVERYONE agrees that there is no justification to bring back Mularkey.

If she brings him back she is a negligent owner in my book. Never have the Titans been such an attractive place to the top HC candidates. It would be a shame to waste an opportunity like this to land a top-notch coach that we would normally have no chance at.

Finally if she does keep Mularkey, I wont be completely disappointed because it will put us in the drivers seat to get Fournette next year IMO. Mariota and Fournette on the same team will be great regardless of the coach.

 

Yes, If Amy makes the decision to attack with the cap space...then i will say we are going in the right direction, but our time is now. Mariota is the one for us...it is time to use the cap space to build around him and we have the first round pick....So, if we do that then I will know she has WINNING in mind. If they don't utilize the cap space this go around then all it is to them are numbers in regards to financials. And, I will start calling for some new owners!

OK. Let's keep this straight. Strunk was on the board with 33% when they pushed Tommy Smith forward. She was a part of the ownership that kept Webster WAY too long and approved the hire of Whiz. I'm baffled as to why many of you think she is some NEW force of ownership with new leadership and direction. We rarely see or hear from her directly.

If the team truly is not for sale and it does appear that current ownership will reset once again, the most obvious direction they are going is to advance Kenneth Adams IV (11% owner) as the face of ownership. It appears to me there is a consensus opinion that he is not quite fully groomed to fill that role as Underwood is filling that role on behalf of Strunk and the others.

If a GM and HC without a history with the organization is hired, THEN I'll give her and Underwood credit. So far, the only thing she has accomplished is to correct two mistakes she made. And let's be honest she was late with that action. Firing Webster was obvious to all about 2 years ago. Firing Whiz mid-season was risky it suggests to other GM/HC candidates that ownership is unstable and/or difficult to please. But I understand the move if they wanted to give Mularkey a trial run.

If they retain Mularkey then we can rest assured it is same ole Titans and ownership is absolutely incapable of guiding this franchise into respectability.

 

If I were a Billionaire I would have puppets for sure...wouldn't have a walrus mustache but I would have puppets.

 

And really cool cars. Billionaires should have a fleet of cool cars.

 

I think fans are giving Strunk too much credit right now.

With Wyatt Earp running the show, we are doomed. We have to hope that this lawyer, who literally knows nothing about football, lucks into hiring a good GM and head coach. That's our only hope as long as he's here.

The fact that Wyatt Earp said we don't necessarily have to hire a GM before we hire a coach shows just how little this guy knows about the NFL.
