How much is the drop off in talent at OT from rd 1 to 2?

Roos was a 2nd round pick for us. I think we could get a legit tackle at the top of the second round.

 

Best case scenario is we can trade back a couple of picks, and pick up an extra 2nd.

1st round - Ramsey
2nd round - OT
2nd round - WR/RB
3rd round - WR/RB

Who is there worth taking with the 1st pick? Normally there is someone every year that teams would go crazy to have, maybe its just me not paying enough attention but I can't think of anyone worthy of the #1 pick. Wonder if any teams would trade for the pick?

 

That's why we need to risk it on Josh Gordon or Justin Blackmon.

Josh Gordon is still under contract with the Browns. So unless they release him or we trade for him its not happening.

 

Gordon I would say put out an incentive laden and STRICT contract. He has shown he can be productive if he can stay out of trouble. Blackmon, I don't even remember this kid that well. I know he came in touted as a monster WR. However, I do not remember him producing well and he has even more issues than Gordon. Maybe I am just forgetting because he has been away for so long.

As bad as we are hurting at the position, a risk on Gordon as bad as I hate to say it; would not be a bad thing I guess.
