Why is Webster still with us?

The Titans haven't evolved with the NFL. .simply just wanting to line up with 5 TE's and play smash mouth football is not where it's at...Defenses are at their weakest when you spread them out..we keep everybody tight and give them the chance to blitz the fire out of the O front..the titans play small ball ,predictable

 

I am not sure how excited Mariota can be about a college head coach he was with for a couple years.

And since when does an NFL franchise QB need their college coach to come save them?

When Indy fired Jim Mora did they need Phil Fulmer to come in and bebthe head coach. Did Aaron Rogers need Jeff Tedford? You get the idea.

Chip Kelly needs Marcus Mariota more than Marcus Mariota needs Chip Kelly.

No NFL franchise QB has needed their college coach. In the NFL.

 

The Titans use 5 TEs on a single play? I have never seen that. Can you tell me the games where I can find plays where the Titans lined up with 5 TEs. I would be really curious to see that.

As I've stated in other posts. I don't believe Marcus needs Chip. The position I'm stating is with someone who may not be up to date in any and all things football. Someone who is looking to fix her team on the field and in the business numbers. And building around Mariota from her perspective both on the field and marketing is the best way to do that.

Again, not my personal feelings.

 

What makes you think she's out of the loop?

 

Or a competent GM with Ruston Webster.

Let's be honest though, if Ruston Webster is our GM next year, she's out of the loop lol.

 

I thought that was a growing thought? That living in and conducting there business in Houston and not having the true pulse of the franchise. That it appeared they really didn't care about the team. That it was a business she inherited and runs along with the rest of them. Nothing has ever been said about her fandom or how involved she gets. I know she is now, now that he has too. I have no clue, I'm new around here. It's just what I've read from a few of you and the general feel I get.

 

Can we just get it over with CAN WEBSTER....THERE IS NOTHING TO GAIN BY KEEPING HIM TILL THE END OF THE SEASON ...,I dont like could be ,might be.....be done with it ....
look at the 2 teams today and you can see the talent void on this team ....
