Titans won 5 games last 2 years, I don't want any of those 5 coaches. Payton has had issues with his staff, and has had a hard time winning games with a legit quarterback. He won a superbowl, ok, whis was like 30 seconds from a superbowl win, it's respectable but he hasn't sniffed a superbowl more years than he made one. Keep him the heck out of nashville.
