RB(s) to Target in offseason

He would be late 1st early 2nd rounder by all accounts. Trading down would still be an option depending on who they end up targeting. Either way we need help on Oline, RB, CB, and Safety IMO.

Why you ask? I know you already know this, but we have the chittiest scouts who just throw darts to pick guys. Seriously, only 3 players panned out in the last 5 drafts LOL! How the F they pick Sankey so high? On paper DGB looked great but damn the guy can't run routes. I don't even want to talk about our DBs or Griffin.

 

I want one of these sophomore rbs nest year. Fornette, hurd, cook and mccaffery all look like really good players.

 

McCaffrey is not that good, I'll take Henry all day over him. McCaffrey runs behind big holes too but he doesn't have the speed and explosion, Henry has more.

The sleeper sophomore to keep in mind is OR Royse Freeman, he reminds me of Jonathan Stewart, speed and size.

 

I mean look at that undrafted kid that the Seahawks have, he's looking like a beast. We need Antonio Andrews with more burst and he need not be a top pick or a highly touted free agent. We need a new GM period. Look at the mid and late round young talent that comes thru Seattle, it's crazy.

 

Henry or elliot will make schwenke and bell first team all pros

 

J Connor from Pitt has a torn knee ligament and cancer. Probably not a safe pick

 

I know paying a 30-year old running-back is typically a bad idea. But, I wouldn't mind signing Matt Forte this off-season. It seems like the Bears are letting him go, but I'd assume he'd like to go to a contender. If we offered him a solid 2/3 year deal, we could still get a 1000+ yard back. Having another vet on the offense could be extremely helpful. I just wouldn't want to extremely overpay for him at all.
