I would say if we had a veteran franchise QB; RB would not be high on the list. However, with us having a great rookie QB; who WILL be a Franchise QB, I think you are right. RB is one of the most important pieces to the offense; until MM8 can carry the team.

I also agree that getting a truly dependable WR is imperative to this team as well. The bad thing is, we have invested heavily at WR over the past few years.

Webster has missed big on WR. I do not trust him with our roster at all, especially at WR. Wright could be good, but he is too undisciplined to work in an anticipation system. He wants to play football his way. I am afraid that just does not work well with coaches these days. Munch gave him freedom to play "Street Ball" the one year he really produced. I was hoping he could play within the system and still produce; but I am not sure he can.

I think the biggest off season move this team needs to make: FIRE WEBSTER ASAP. Once he is out of the way; then we can start to move toward the future. I just do not have much hope as long as Webster is in the front office. I am just afraid we will wait too long to make the call on Webster. If we do, we will likely be stuck with him. I am afraid that will hurt us in more ways than one. When a new GM does come in; he will want his HC. So will we be starting all over again?? I mean this is how the Browns got to the point that they are at. They need to just yank the band aide and fire him. Start over with a new GM & HC starting on the same page at the same time.

Unfortunately yes he would have helped us out considering the level of experience this group has. Not saying Nicks would have put up above average numbers. Just saying he was on the same page with Mariota and actually catching the ball. I find it hard for anyone to argue that Nicks didn't deserve a spot on this team over several other players we kept.

I haven't read all the posts, but Pitt's James Conner was diagnosed with lymphoma.

If they'd of kept him over a TE I'd agree, as we don't need 5. But if nicks had anything left, it wouldn't have taken 3 teams and 12 weeks for him to get into a football game.

Rb is not the issue in the slightest
oline is top priority. While it's like a playmaker, I have no issues with an OT in the first. Games are won in the trenches.

Next up, is wr. Too obvious to even want to discuss why.

After that, i hope we don't even think offense

Draft a LT and move Lewan to RT, better OL will help RB play

I saw something on NFL.com about Detroit asking him to take a pay cut or something of that effect. I don't think he's worth half of what he's making...not at 30yrs old. So, if he won't take a cut for them, I can see them reluctantly releasing him, because of his cap figure...and draft someone like Treadwell, to replace him.

We'd have to get in line, as he'd then be a free agent. Probably would be headed to a winning team like the Panthers, who still need WR help. Elliot and Henry both would probably be there are the top of the 2nd. If I had to choose, I'd go with Henry. He might not have a lot of shake and bake, but he's exceptional at his role of being a downhill runner. We already have 2 scatbacks and don't need anymore.

Henry is Eddie George 2.0...but with better speed. Once he get's to the 2nd level, unlike Eddie, he's hard to catch.

I just don't see it with Henry, maybe I need to take a closer look. From what I've been seeing all season, he has huge holes to run through thanks to his all 4/5 star offensive line. Idk I guess Alabama RBs scare me.

Focus on OL and WR for Marcus. RBs can be found later on.

The big key is finding what your WRs can do well and maximizing their skill set. For instance, KW running option and cross routes out of different formations while you have DGB/Hunter run stick/comeback/fade/fadestop. Let Delanie work the middle/seam and a RB in the flat/angle.

Don't over complicate what's going on, make the other team cover each one of those guys
