I am willing to say you can count on one hand the "MM haters" that were celebrating. No matter what, he was the 2nd overall pick and he is our qb of the future if a person isn't willing to get behind him, they may as well turn their attention to another sport.

I'm pretty sure, even if Kendall continues to run, Marcus still throws that ball into triple coverage to a 5'10 WR.

first INT same thing, threw before he looked, fooled on coverage.

One thing MM definitely needs to work on is his pace on the ball. That doesn't mean he needs to laser every throw, but I've noticed that he takes too much off his ball, and with the speed of the DBs allows them to get back into the play/make a play/or line up a kill shot on our receiver. Yes, there are passes that need to have touch on them, but not a flood to a RB, cross to a WR or a cover 2 go route.

Excitement is still there... just the ineptitude of the rest of the offense is overwhelming.

I hear a lot of fans still claiming we found our QB.

I think he is throwing anticipating his wr getting open once he breaks his route. This seems to be more of a communication issue.

Quote from Kendal per article: Marcus Mariota Frustrated After Another Close Loss

“I know the last one was definitely my fault,’’ Wright said. “I don’t think I gave up on the play. In my route I got a collision, and the ball was in the air before I could make my next move. But that’s all on me. I have to fight through that. … It is my fault. I definitely won’t let anything like that happen again.”

AKA...I gave up on my route...

Neil O'Donnell made an interesting point this morning, said it looked like exhaustion played a part for KW. Sometimes happens after multiple games off.

Just a reason, not THE reason.

He's LOBBING those passes into double/triple coverage.

Doesn't matter what the receiver does.

So you're saying that it's still ok to lob that ball into triple coverage just bc Kendall didn't finish the route?

Anticipation is one thing, but he's still allowing defenders to make plays because the ball he's putting out there is floating
