Bradford was turning out to be a good QB for him, but he's like Locker...just cannot keep him healthy for long. Sanchez filled in OK, in the past, but for whatever reason, he has sucked like Mettenberger has, this year.

He only had Mariota a short time when Mariota was young. Mariota's good years were with the other guy.

I would be cool with Kelly as the offensive coordinator.

    1. Bradford is terrible.
    2. Kelly traded for him knowing he couldn't stay healthy.
    3. He chose to have Sanchez, who is an even worse QB, as his backup to an injury prone starter.
    4. Your, comma usage, sucks.

I've already given my thoughts on this. For the record of its a choice between he or Hue, give me Chip.

For those that are saying 'as long as keeps Lebeau'. With as fast as Kelly's offense puts the defense back on the field due to its tempo. I could see the two butting heads a lot. There are have been a few insiders state that you can't run you team this way. His defense will be too tired to execute a lot of things he will want to do at the end of the game and I could see Chips tempo and game plan run him out of town.

Wow, that fast-paced college offense got his NFL qb hurt. Imagine that.

Sounds just like what we need in Tennessee, as long as our opponents are all from the pac-12.

Bradford didn't suck before he got hurt...except in YOUR opinion. There were articles about how well he was doing, then he got injured.

As an NFL HC finding a franchise QB isn't as easy as going on the recruiting trail. You have to hope you can rehabilitate once highly regarded QB's that didn't work out elsewhere, or try to take your chances with a rookie who may not be suited for the NFL.

That's not to say Kelly couldn't have done better, but he's a lot more constrained than most fans realize. As for your comment about Mariota doing better under the other guy...that's just nonsense. Mariota was playing at a high level since he was a freshman, under Kelly.

Maybe he is afraid of proving everyone right and would rather go back to college where it is easier and he can have full control.

His previous two years in Philly were nothing special. His success in college is meaningless. Too many superstar college coaches have fallen on their face in the NFL.

And he was not that special in college anyway.
