Tre McBride Called Up to 53-man Roster

Its called sarcasm.

Especially since this is a short week, and KW is expected back next week anyway. It really will be about the same recovery time for them

 

we cant run 4 WR sets, we need 2 TE's and or a RB left back to clean up the lines mess, Im not mad we started with 4 WR's, we didn't have a 5th one worth a damn

I am still pissed you do not go into a season with 5 te and 4 wr. If the 5th was not worth a damn, then go find one it is not like we did not have 25 million in cap space. This team cannot draft or develop rb or wr's hope with new coach this changes

 

Man i am hoping that Tre Mcbride will come out and put up crazy numbers, loved the play in college when he kicked a bad thrown ball to catch it for a TD.
The dude is a good route runner.

 

I'm not expecting much from McBride. He will be more useful as a KR than a WR though.

 

This will probably be much like any other case in terms of us Titan fans

A guy off the practice squad/preseason we want to root for but in a year or 2 the Titans will be cutting

I hope I'm wrong and McBride is a standout on special teams at the very least as well as carving out a reserve role in this WR squad but history suggests the Titans don't do much with raw talent and delve loping them into anything more than rotational depth

Kid has talent and was regarded by many as being better than where he was selected in the draft - but as a Titan fan history is not on his side

 

Agreed. There's a reason he fell that far.

 

Anyone have any insight on why McBride didnt show much last year. I remember there being a ton of buzz about him this time last year

 

He's not very good.
