We've talked a great deal about coaching, management, ownership and talent. Let's examine the possible differences in home game and away game routines that could factor into this team having a 400+ day home win drought, despite the seeming best efforts of all of the above. I know in each case they stay in a team hotel the night before and have curfew, but I also have read that the time that most teams have to report the day before each is significantly different. Any thoughts on this or other differences might be worth a discussion.

For the most part it's just been because Whiz was such a horrible coach.

    We'll break the trend

The team just sucks. I don't think it has anything to do with where they stay or if they use the hotel shampoo the night before.

Really, there's a lot wrong with this organization... Some of it has been/is being addressed and I think things are looking up. The last few seasons have been disasters. The team has barely won ANYWHERE, so its not suprising that none of those few wins came at home.

The offense is terrible. Defense still a piece or two away. I hope we commit to a real rebuild with our next HC/GM(possibly). Three years minimum. We got the important part, just need to accumulate talant at the other positions now.

Do you think if the team had a home field advantage similar to that that is in Seattle we would still be discussing a losing streak?

Not sure what to make of the atmosphere at Nissan Stadium, honestly.

Home field advantage is overblown. Good teams win, bad teams lose. Playing at home does not give the team some ability to make them better.

From the outside looking in, the Titans have a good QB and that's a large piece of the puzzle. It'll take a few years to reach his full potential. To better balance the offense, the run game needs to be better developed and used to give him time to grow and the team to add more pieces. Maybe 30 runs to 30 pass attempts per game while Mariota develops more. You start winning, home crowd becomes involved... you're off to the races. Patience and time.

No team has a home field advantage when they lose 10 straight home games. Fans become disinterested, and rightfully so.

Why should any fan waste the time and money to go watch their team lose week in and week out? This is a team that takes no pride in defending their home turf. That has been the case for a long time here, but was made even more apparent while watching sCam Newton dance all over our field.

If the players want a home field advantage, then they need to show that they actually care about defending the home field ... once fans see that, they will quickly change. But, that is something we haven't seen in quite some time from this TN team.

Back in the day (early 2000s) Nissan Stadium (Adelphia Coliseum at the time) was one of the hardest places in the NFL to play. The fans were loud and rocking every game. We had a great home field advantage ... but also the players had some pride in playing at home. You think guys like Steve McNair, Eddie George, Jevon Curse, Keith Bulluck, ect were going to let guys come in to 'their house' and embarrass them? HELL NO!! and the fans KNEW that as well.

What would KB have done if Cam tried to dance like that in his endzone?

Who on this team right now even cares about defending 'their house'? I don't see many players on this team taking any pride in playing well at home, and until they do, we will continue to see opposing team's fans dominate Nissan Stadium
