    it seems to me we need more picking of the best player available rather then chasing ghosts or value. Yes needs should be a priority, but for some reason every pick we have made in the past has never been best available. I think MM was the right pick, however I think we got lucky there as it probably wasn't their first option originally.

    It's definitely my prized possession as far as throwbacks go. I've got quite the collection. The Tennessee Oilers one I found on eBay probably 5 years ago, it was still brand new with tags and they only wanted $75 for it so I snatched it up. I've yet to see any near as fresh at the one I have. The white one is almost impossible to find.

    This. This is what breaks my heart the most. If we want Mariota to be our guy he needs consistency from coaching, changing the offense again and again will only burn him out.

    It starts with the ownership wanting to win above all else, choosing the right person as President/CEO, then letting them do their job.

    That person will have the ability to clean out some of the front office and begin to change the complacency which has been a part of this franchise for the last decade.

    This includes a new GM.

    With a new GM, you get new scouts and a HC along with, hopefully, better draft success and free agent acquisitions.

    New HC = new coordinators and position coaches who hopefully do a better job coaching up players.

    This is a complex issue. One part of it fails and the final product on the field suffers. That's why only a few franchises in this league continue to see success. It begins with the commitment by the ownership to win.

    White is impossible to find I know ... I've seen a few blue McNairs and Georges floating around on the net but the prices keep going up ... Ugh

    Our talent at WR is really poor on this team. With KW hurt nobody is getting open. We also need a returner very badly. Starting inside your own 20 every kickoff is putting offense behind 8 ball to start with. This has to be fixed.
