We have a specialty back and a bunch of guys who are career backups at best.

I agree that teenagers these days are clueless and have no loyalty to a team. IMO fantasy football has changed the way many think about football.
However, McNairs son is not obligated to be a Titans fan because of his dad.
Also, and I hate to say this because I am a HUGE McNair fan, but we only know him as a football player. Had McNair been at home with his wife, instead of with his girlfriend, he might still be alive. Their has to be some sense of resentment for that, at least one would think.

Random though while watching the Giants/Pats game. Why are stiff arms allowed to go to the face? There's illegal hands to the face for guys in the trenches. 15-yard facemask penalties for defenders who graze the opposition's facemask. Ball carriers can jam their hands into an oncoming defender's facemask though.

Makes not a damn bit of sense.

We need playmakers on offense. DWalker is doing his job. But our WR and running backs just aren't cutting it. We need difference makers and they are not on this team.

That is like asking a kid in grade 6 to do advanced calculus. He is not going to all of a sudden grasp the nuances of being a pro WR in one week because another WR got injured.

This team has no WR worth a dang. Until that changes and we have someone other than Walker who can get open or, hey here's a concept...catch it in traffic, then we will continue to struggle.

You are right. And WHY did anyone think that we were going to win this game? We were lucky we did as well as we did. And since everyone is giving his/her opinion, mine is that had the Whiz been coaching, the score would likely have been more like 45-zip.

We are far from winning over any good team. Face up to it and go on. And please stop trashing McNair's kid. He has the right to cheer for whom he wishes. He owes nothing to this team. He is a generation removed and likely remembers very little about his father's playing days.

I've been saying stuff like this since week 1. Its pathetic on offense right now, hard to judge any OC/plays. Defensive coordinators have nothing to worry about when facing our O. No mismatches at all.

I understand wanting to protect the franchise QB but I don't recall any shots downfield today.

It may have been the horrible field position the Titans seemed to be in all afternoon.
