I know its not fair but players like sankey and hunter have to turn it on this last few games they need to get chances too and not 12 carries.

all the dogs have been released from the doghouse

If the Sankeys/Hunters on the team dont perform with this 'clean slate' then its on them.

Whiz blows chunks. Good riddance, this will go down as one of the worst times in our franchises history. 3-20 is definitely worth getting fired over.

You've got to be on some good **** to think whiz's scheme is any good here. Elite qbs don't grow on trees and that's a huge part of his system. Putting square pegs in round holes doesn't work, most 3 yr olds understand that, but not whiz. I think he came into a bad situation (but, he had choices), but this is not a 3-20 roster. This is at worst a 8-15 roster and he couldn't get that done. I think he tanked last season to get a qb, but where's the results this year?

Mike Munchak, an offensive line coach who stumbled into a HC position, took a 6-10 team in his first season and went 9-7 despite headcases and key injuries. His last season here he went 7-9 despite tons of injuries.

Whisenhunt comes in and goes 2-14 with largely the same team. Then, this year, the man coached a team playing the easiest schedule in the NFL (playing one, ONE, team with a winning record), and only managed to win one game out of seven.

There would have never been improvement. Whisenhunt would have never adapted to the players that we have, and quite frankly three years from now he wouldn't have drafted 53 players that fit into whatever his idea of a "system" is. Everyone knows he only went to a Super Bowl on the back of a HoF QB who had already dragged two teams to Super Bowls. There were no HoF QBs walking in that door to make-up for Whisehunt's deficiencies, and he sure as hell wasn't about to develop one.

The Titans had become unwatchable, and Whis had to go before he ruined our QB of the future.

Well, sir, let me introduce you to the history books that says Ken Whizenhunt has been terrible everywhere he's been. Even in his Super Bowl year his team finished 9-7, and only made the playoffs thanks to a terrible division (sound familiar?). His HoF QB happened to catch fire at the right time, and Warner had already been there and done that before. If not for that playoff run, even that season wouldn't be considered a good year.

More importantly, if you watched the Titans these last two seasons and thought what you saw was excellent coaching, then let me also introduce you to this book:[IMG]

I say we go ahead and get rid of all the head case and fumbleitis players we have.
