There's a HUGE chasm between confidence and arrogance. I cannot tolerate arrogance.

Yes he did. The answer was "for sharts and giggles". 'None of the above' would be the answer in a legitimate poll.

Well that doesn't answer it for me. The only answer there could possibly be is "none of the above". Be like asking "For ***** and giggles, if you had to choose due North to be East, West, or South, which would you choose?" Stupid feckin' ahit. Why don't you keep your burnt out jazz outta this chit and let Cruds answer the question, you transplanted rag weed?

only HC start WORSE than 3-19 (apparently 3 or 4 other HCs have stuck around at least 22 games with this horrid record) is John McKay taking over the expansion Buccaneers. Started 0-26

Munchak just made very poor staff hires...promoting Dowell Logains, who had never sniffed and OC job, and it was no time for OJT training. Build your program first, then you can promote from within...but going with a Journeyman apprentice = HC disaster.
He did the same thing by keeping Gray, rather than just moving Greg Williams back to DC. The right staff hires would have kept Munchak employed as the HC

Yeah Munch could very well have been a decent HC. But he had absolutely no clue how to put together a competent staff and his blind loyalty was ultimately his doom. Both very bad qualities to have. I don't miss him.

Probably Munchak or Whiz they would get us 2 wins and a better draft pick

Fisher puts teams in the worst possible spot 8-8, not bad enough for a top pick yet not good enough to make or go deep in playoffs

Even though I voted for Fisher, oops
