Fire Whiz (new head coach thread)

Exactly . . . this guy does not know what he is talking about.

Yes, at Texas a DC got demoted to a position coach and a position coach got promoted. That does happen and no one is saying it doesn't.

Come up with one example of that happening to a head coach . . . ever in the the NFL or big time college football in the last 30 years. It just doesn't happen man . . . let this die.

We're stuck with Whiz because we have sh*tty ownership.

Wish we could fire the Adams family and tell them to GTFO and stay in Houston.

Nothing will change until we're under new ownership. If our owners really love and care about this franchise, they need to sell it. They're an absolute joke and will never make the proper efforts to improve this team because they're clueless when it comes to the NFL.

Fire everyone other than LeBeau.

Mike Mularkey is Assistant HC/TE Coach. He was OC for the Steelers at the start of his career and had 10+ wins/ season in his seasons there. He was OC in ATL when Matt Ryan was a rookie. He took that group to the playoffs a few times. Which resulted in him getting the Jags HC job. He only got 1yr as HC of the Jags. The new owner wanted a new GM and the GM wanted a new HC. He had a rough record with Jags, but he also had Gabbert at QB.

Move him to OC and have LeBeau at Interim HC. Move Michaels to TE coach.

 

He was head coach in Buffalo for a bit too

 

I would settle for Mularkey as interim HC, clearly Whis isn't going to work out.

 

We do need a coach with a hard ass.. hopefully he has tight abs too

 

At this point I really just want Whiz gone. I think that players would respond to LeBeau better than most of our current coaches.

I agree with someone earlier that said we need a hard ass HC. This team has a history of hiring "Player Friendly" HC. Fisher, Munch, and Whiz are all the type of guy that pats a bad player on the head and says, "You'll get 'em next time." We need a guy that is gonna kick them in the ass. Sick of seeing all this sissy ass football. Especially on the oline. The OLINE COACH SHOULD BE THE 1ST COACH TO GO!!! WHIZ NEXT!!
