Stability? How about winning at home, that should be stability enough for this team. I could be wrong but i don't think in the history of the NFL there was a team to have 4 straight home games in a row. We are halfway through this stretch and very well could go 0-4 at home. I pray to the football gods and for the sake of this fan base this doesn't happen but if this switch doesn't turn on ASAP like Sunday in our own backyard, it sure as hell won't turn on when we're 1-5. Game ,set, match.....

Every game is winnable. Did anyone expect the Rams to serve the Cardinals their first loss? Was anyone expecting Atlanta to have to go to overtime to beat Washington?

We lost the last two games by a combined 3 points. That is not a sign of a bad team. Whisenhunt has not been perfect this year, but just as the players learn, so will he. Humans are humans.

    What's his record with a QB that's worth a ****?

SF changed head coaches and made the Super Bowl. 3 years later where are they now?

Wrong. He did the same thing in at least 2 games that I remember, last year. The Cleveland and Washington games. He had both teams on the ropes and went into ultra-conservative mode...which cost the game all by itself. He hasn't and won't learn because he is just that stubborn.

The fact that he's trying to establish a hard-nosed running game with 2 scatbacks tells me he doesn't have a lot of sense, as a head coach.

People who are afraid of change will drown in the dire of failure.

When it's wrong it's wrong, we made a mistake, time to move on.

As much as i hate the Pats they have the mentality that i wish Whis had. Full throttle through the whole game. No prevent defenses,no conservative play calling, just go balls out, and put as many points on the board as possible. The commentators during the Dallas game even mentioned it. Now Coaching and player personal plays a key role in this but I think we can all agree even going back to last year when this team had a lead we go into sleep mode. Makes you wonder if we had taken a different approach back then what the mentality of this team would be this year.

You don't think these last two drafts were Whiz friendly? This draft was all out offense almost, Webster might not be anything special, but he's pieced together a solid team we should be able to win with..

Stability is important but stability for the sake of stability is foolish.

Everyone hated Dave Gettleman in Carolina for getting rid of Beason, Steve Smith, and changing most of the roster. He came in in January of 2013. They have not only made the playoffs each year but won their division two years in a row.
