Against Cleveland, here were our first down plays on our first four possessions:
    1-20-TEN 10 (14:32) 20-B.Sankey right guard to TEN 11 for 1 yard
    1-10-TEN 20 (12:51) 22-D.McCluster right guard to TEN 24 for 4 yards
    1-10-TEN 36 (11:16) 20-B.Sankey left guard to TEN 41 for 5 yards
    1-10-TEN 20 (6:26) 20-B.Sankey left guard to TEN 22 for 2 yards

We ran 4 out of 4 of our first down plays.

By this point we were down 14 - 0 so we started throwing more on first down.

Who is our rb? Whiz is the only coach that I have ever seen that changes the rb nearly every snap not series. I do not see how anyone ever gets in a groove, playing musically rb. I also do not understand why he seems to love McCluster between the tackles. As good as andrews played sunday he chooses a rookie fullback for goal line and 2pt conversion with the game on the line.

Titans are not a run first team. That being said, smart football teams take what is given. If the run is there, you take it. The Titans if anything are pass first, but want to set the run up with the pass to be balanced.

So for 2 weeks in a row (both losses), we ran on the first down of our first four possessions and were down 14-0 before we started throwing more on first down.

Its amazing to me that we were the most aggressive and creative with our play-calling on first down to start the game when we were on the road in our rookies first game. Why would we not be the same in our home opener and our rookies third game? Its too much pressure for our rookie to constantly have to dig our team out of a hole because of Whiz's conservative play-calling to start games.
