The other 50 plays when he took advantage of a guy who was in Tampa for three weeks and was playing because of injury? The kind of guys Morgan routinely takes advantage of. The above-average/good OTs consistently whip him.

If you just want to lose why don't we just trade down and stock up picks instead of draft a lesser player at a higher draft slot. New England makes a living trading down and getting extra picks in future years.

I think they honestly felt Sankey was the best pick. Clearly hasn't worked out as expected. I think our organization kindof has a thing for west coast players.

EDIT: I thing maybe they thought they were getting something more elusive, kindof like what they thought they were getting with Dexter McCluster too.
