Okay. We have two people who work with equipment texting each other. One asks the other "want to come help the deflator?"

Thats smoke. You also take into consideration that several schools and "people of science" coming out and saying that the deflation that happened could not have happened in the time allowed.

We have the organizatuon deciding to just accept what the league hands down, until it is handed down and they changed their mind.

We have Brady destroying his phone which may be common to you, but neither me, nor anyine i know, goes around breaking phones when most people take trade ins. (Brady doesnt have to worry about this, hes rich)

You said yourself, he may have. Me believing that he did isnt so far fetched, now is it?

Youre right, no one knows for sure.

Having an opinion based on circumstantial evidence and forming some opinion isnt some far fetched idea that I made up.

I do believe that anyone who believes one of the best QBs of our time, doesnt know when someone is messing with his game balls, is gullible.

Next day

Bird "tom sucks... im going ot make that next ball a ****in baloon"
John" talked to him last night. he actually brought you up and said you must have a lot of stress trying to get them done"
John " I told him it was. he was right though"
Bird "i checked some of the balls this morn....the refs ****ed us... a few of them were almost 16"


Prior to the next game

John "Cant wait to give you your needle this week "
Bird "**** tom.. make sure the pump is attached to the needle... ****in watermelons coming"

Bird "the only thing deflating sun... is his passing rating"


21 minutes after story is released about deflated footballs. Then Brady calls John, first time they have phone based communications in 6 months

Brady "you good jonny boy?"
John "still nervous; so far so good though. Ill be alright"
Brady "you didnt do anything wrong bud"
John "I know; ill be all good"

John" FYI... dave will be picking your brain later about it. Hes not accusing me, or anyone... trying to get to the bottom of it. he knows its unrealistic you did it yourself.."
John "Just a heads up"
Brady "no worries bud, were all good"



Numerous other phone conversations over the next few days. Then Brady met with Jon for the first time ever, never been done in 20 years as a Patriots employee

Meanwhile, saying that the NFL had no right to suspend Brady, isnt saying he was not guilty of what he was accused of. Not having the power to suspend Brady doesnt clear him of all involvement.

If thats not good enough, i concede. You win. I still dont like Brady and I believe he was a knowing participant in breaking a rule, thats not changing. Obviously neither is any of yours.

I'm curious what would happen if the appeals court goes with the NFL and upholds the suspension, would he immediately be suspended even if it's end of season/playoffs.

It looks like Brady has the lead but hasn't won yet.
