    Bucs GM: We want Jameis to minimize mistakes - NFL.com

    Looks like the Bucs GM is kinda on Winston to be a little more careful with the ball. But yet they still dog MM for apparently not taking risks and throwing ints. Its almost like they cant possibly make it sound like the #2 overall pick is playing a little better than the #1 even in TC.

    Not trying to sound like a MM8 homer but I'm glad that he's a level headed dude, because he seems to catch crap for actually taking care of business and not making mistakes. That has to be a little annoying.

    Same deal here. I didn't want him, but, now that he's here, I hope he kills it.

    I won't be sold on him anytime soon though. I like hearing good things but anyone who puts anything in a handful of training camp practices is just being overly optimistic.

    "An NFL QB's #1 priority is ball security" ... "Mariota doesn't throw enough ints!!"

    "An NFL QB should be able to use his feet to extend the plays ala Wilson/Rodgers" ... "Mariota can use his feet to extend plays, he must not be able to pass from the pocket!!!"

    I hear you TJ..I think they had to make that choice though, with what QB's we had otherwise. Honestly, the only other two mentioned at #2 were Williams or Cooper.
