Lol locker played baseball his whole life he knew how to slide. Also vy became really good at sliding in the second half of his career, meaning his last two seasons here when he didn't run much at all.

Yeah, Locker knew how to slide. Just didn't know when to slide.

LOL....its almost like Whis has been following @520 and decided to create a situation for 520 to totally freak out on. Putting Wilson and Mariota in the same sentence....dogs and cats living together.

Locker tried to punish people for trying to tackle him. I liked his heart. Too bad he was a QB and was as fragile as an egg.

The funny part is, Locker took a beating and kept getting up, but would get these random injuries doing nothing.

Hopefully Mariota is smarter and tougher. I don't mind seeing a QB take on a defender if need be but he has to be smart and hopefully not injury prone like Locker.

If it's not in the playoffs or superbowl, I prefer Mariota to slide or run out of bounds.

I agree for the most part. But he was brought here to win and bring excitement. We may hold our breathe if he plows a defender to get in the endzone in a "meaningless" game, but you bet your balls everyone will be excited if he scores and survives. :D

Like the time he handed the ball off to CJ, and then somehow tore his achelles or something ... no one was even near him. He was literally just walking

I don't fully remember what the last injury locker had was, but I do remember him taking a hellacious hit to the head/neck area and thinking, "he's out for the rest of the season" before he even hit the ground. He pops up like nothing happened! A play or two later he banged his hand or something and missed 6-7 games.

It was never really his style of play that got him hurt. Besides tackling a guy like he was a LB after an interception which became a recurring shoulder problem. Most of his injuries were just weird stuff.
