    Really? I always find fish filling.


    Some farms are okay, some are disgusting. Farmed salmon for instance are raised in what might as well be floating sewers.

    I used to have the same problem but six meals a day and three protein shakes a day and you will gain.

    No carbs tho? I mean I've never been able to gain WITHOUT carbs. I tried the carb nazi route with little effect.

    I would get most carbs from protein shakes and nazi the **** out of it in meals. If you're looking to stay ripped then carbs are a no go. Great for energy but terrible for cutting. I put on 30 lbs in about 9 months this way. Commitment is the hardest part tho as always.

    On my last cut I went super low carbs and had zero energy. I was miserable. This time around I'm getting moderate carbs and feel much better and am dropping fat at the same rate.

    That's where I have to draw the line at the moment though... I just don't have the time, money, and energy for six full meals a day in addition to three protein shakes.

    I would be sh*tting my brains out if I did that... and I'm already sh*tting a ton with the amount I'm eating.

    I am gaining... just at a slower rate than most people are able to. It's genetics, not a problem with my diet or exercise. Trust me... I eat A LOT.

    I do plan on eating more when I'm able to free up more money... I recently got out of college. I'm still a typical broke college guy. I do what I can.

    Yea carbs are just fuel if done right. I understand using that method to cut and especially at the end to really make that last jump. But none? Nah fam

    6 full meals is a little cheaper if you don't mind eating the same ish over and over.

    And for the most part if you are going the food route you can typically cut down on supps intake. 3 shakes is a grip.
