Skinny isn't the problem . You can be skinny, just be strong with some killer instinct and intensity at the line of scrimmage and make db's pay once you get by them. He needs aggression and seriousness.

with professional trainers - this is starting to look more like a lack of effort on his part.

Might be redundant info but hitting that post workout anabolic window and getting in those carbs is more effective than any of the other stuff no one tells you about.

You sound like you have an idea what you are doin so this might be useless info to you tho.

Exactly what I was gonna say. And a big reason I question his passion and drive to really be great. He's needed to gain weight ever since the day we drafted him. He knew it. The coaches knew it. The fans knew it. And here we are year 3 and we're still hearing the same spiel.

Yes some people are "hard gainers" but this guy has access to top-notch nutritionists and trainers. There is really no excuse for him to still be a stringbean at this point in his career. Judging from that draft reaction video and a few other stills I've seen of him recently it's hard for me to buy he's even 205 right now.

Don't buy the dairy is the devil propaganda. Dairy is only bad for you if you are actually lactose intolerant. Many people are cause they stop producing certain enzymes as they age but if you handle dairy it is just fine. It's like how certain people don't handle grains well and others do. If you don't your probably don't have celiacs your gut just doesn't take very kindly to grains. It's all a big experiment of trial and error and making yourself a science experiment.

Your blessed with a fast metabolism it seems which is both a blessing and a curse. But anyone can out eat there metabolism if they genuinely make a concerted effort too. Like others said PB is your friend. Good bud might be your friend to from the sound of it. I'm going to be a diet therapist in the Air Force and have a degree in nutrition and work as a personal trainer so if you need some help I would be happy to offer advice. I leave for basic on Tuesday luckily I'll graduate before week 1 of the season.

Six meals a day chicken, fish, veggies and fruit straight up no carbs. Keep doing that with a whey protein and you'll add mass and strength. Consistency is key. Don't take a day off.

Hunter doesn't need more weight on his frame...that is all excuses for looking like he is trying.

I wish we could bring in someone like Chris Carter to work with him and get him to focus and get hungry for his position. He flashes with tremendous talent but I think every time he makes some really good play he is all "yeah thats right" and then disappears the rest of the game.
