    Luckily he is not. Arians is one of the league best coaches, would be harder to overtake the Colts if he was there...

    We know who Whiz is - we just have no real clue if "that guy" is right for Titans HC.
    You can't coach 4th string injury backups to a championship in the NFL, but with talent we also know Whiz has some legit post-season history.
    Ditka was a maniacal, military-like HC as was Forest Gregg.
    Both did exceptionally well and both looked terrible with different groups.

    I agree last year was go through the motions. Whiz didn't think locker was the man for job without coming out and saying it. So it was a tank year. Now let's get this thing turned around and take it to all the others.

    I like Arians a lot. He is a unique and interesting coach. He has won everywhere he goes including Pitt and Indy. He said he was surprised he finally got a head coaching gig at 60 years of age and didn't think it would ever happen.
