    See.

    This.

This is our typical fan here.

You get some over-the-top expectations (see: DGB/Mariota) and the minute a player doesn't become "The Next (insert absurd level superstar here)" you guys completely bail. It's ridiculously fickle but it's because you guys fanboy out to the extreme over the dumbest things.

"DGB is big... and fast... HE'S THE NEXT MOSS OMG! MEGATRON!! OMG!! Why would all teams pass on him?! HE'LL BE AMAAAZING!!"... so when he sucks these first 2 years, you guys will jump on the "he's the worst" wagon.

Hunter's potential is there. He may never turn it around- but you guys aren't analytical enough to think - oh wait. He hasn't had anyone to actually pass the ball to him either. Nahhhh not important. He's soft!

I'd love to be wrong. I just hardly am when it's easier cases.

    This is an easy call.

I'd love some miracle to happen and DGB end up a top 20 WR in the NFL.

People are calling him Kenny Britt for reasons that have been established by him in the past...

    1. He's big/fast.

    2. He's dumb as a box of rocks. The dumbest rocks.

    3. He sucks at the position outside of being big/fast.

    4. Inconsistent hands.

    5. The type that'll always find trouble. (only gets harder in the NFL... not easier)

Hunter is soft, he plays hesitant and is not aggressive against corners that are physical. Hunter *had* potential, two years in and the guy isn't just going to magically jump some corner and start playing with more aggression.

Fact of the matter is, if Hunter had shown ANYTHING before his injury, DGB wouldn't be on our team. We drafted a player that will fill the same position, because Hunter failed.

watching them both play is why I called DGB KB2.0, has nothing to do with their personalities.

    Bro.

    1. Edited the post before you commented, genius.

    2. If a college team (especially in the SEC) boots a player for doing bad sh**.... he did bad sh**.

I like how you post an article about him breaking and entering... and assaulting a female... IN HIS DEFENSE.

You're a real special dude, huh?

To be real about it, Hunter could put it together year 3 like most WRs do. People are right to be disappointed in what we've seen out of Hunter thus far because we spent a 2nd AND a 3rd round pick on him. And tbh, we haven't even seen a 3rd round pick's worth out of him.

The coaches have been busting his balls for a reason.

DGB has physical tools. Nobody is really suggesting he'll be a megatron, they only say he's built like him. It all depends on how hard he works. The hamstring thing is simply tight, not a "pull or tear". Trainers are just being cautious and tempering common rookie mistakes of trying to prove physically they belong in the NFL when it this time is about getting their minds right.

well, holy ****, I never would have guess calling a receiver thats been out of football a year not having a big impact his first year as being an easy call.

DGB has just as many, if not more tools to succeed than Hunter. I wasn't a huge fan of the pick then, not super high on it now, but to act like the guy is a lock for being a failure is incredibly naive.

    Sorry. Simply isn't true.

They saw a guy on the board that was a gamble and took it.

Drafting DGB to replace someone long-term is as dumb as buying a 1986 Ford Tempo to replace your 2002 civic.
