I sure hope so, this line needs all the help it can get.

Im worried about this kid, seems like Schwenke 2.0, maybe between the two of them they're a terror, but unfortunately we can't swap their parts out to make one good player... So we could either be solid in the middle, or crap again.. Biggest thing is we need to find 5 guys who can stay healthy long enough to come together.

It's still a mystery to me how Tre McBride lasted until the 7th. I loved this draft and even a couple of the UDFAs. I'm trying not to get too excited because the cynical side of me believes we'll somehow blow this.

I knew nothing about this guy until now.

In the video you posted, whenever he was matched up against arguably the best player in the draft Leonard Williams. He appeared to hold his own against him.

Guy also looks pretty quick when he pulls and getting up to the second level.

I feel a better about this pick now. Didn't know what to think of it when we picked him.

Didn't realize he was going up against LW in that video. He seemed to do all right considering.

It wasn't every play, but he did have to take on #94 a few times I saw. But he did well against him.

If he ever turns into a starter, it's a W in the 6th. And it's not like there's lots of competition so he's got a chance at some point. It could only help, makes you wonder what Schwenke could do at LG. If he's even half decent, you have a super young line where your vet is going into his 3rd year. If they could actually stay healthy a gel together, it could eventually work out. Whole lot of if's though.

To clarify, you had him as the 4th best overall player in the entire draft or 4th best OL in the draft?

I agree with him on one thing, I do like a lot of the UDFA's we got and think Lott, Matias and Spain will have a real shot to make the team if not compete for playing time since Schwenke keeps getting hurt, we don't know if we have a RT and Levitre has been below avg for 2 years. We need some young blood and we added some! Lott played very well in the East-West Shrine game as did Mount. McBride had a big week of practice there. Deon Long may also have a shot to make the team or the practice squad.
