Mett had plenty of time in the pocket on many occasions and never converted, i remember a lot of 4th and 2.
Kinda asking for it when you don't really move around in the pocket.

If you had had actually watched the Titans last year, you would realize 3rd down was a huge issue for us last year, not a lot of 4th and 2.
