i ran a 4.7 at 230 with a hemotoma'd calf and sprained ankle. doing the workouts i been doing the past few months im probably still pretty fast. no way playing beer pong and selling top gun jackets kept you fast. i beat my brother in about a 30 yard dash a few weekends ago and he runs marathons and was always fast.

 

well I ran a 4.69 uphill in Kendall Wrights shoes

and last time I checked 4.6 > 4.7

 

like i said i was injured. never got healthier. i coulda ran a 4.6 id destroy you now

dude it does, I was the shortest DE in our conference, came up to the line with a 20's number on, future NFL players looked at me like whys there a safety in my face... But I loved DE, most fun position there is
