Movie Thread

The issue I would have with it the most is the amount of storytelling and background they will need to do for each character in one movie.

As tired as I am of the Marvel movies, they at least did it correctly. Start off with the individual characters in their own movies(for the most part) so when they all get together in the culmination they're all just kicking ass and taking names.

Deadshot, Harley Quinn, The Joker, Killer Croc, Rick Flag, Captain Boomerang, Enchantress and MORE. In one movie.

Good luck with that.

They are making a Suicide Squad movie?

 

Yeah there's gonna be a Suicide Squad movie. Joker isn't in Batman/Superman as far as I know. I think Doomsday and Lex Luthor are gonna be the bad guys in Batman/Supes

 

Thats even better. Doomsday is one of my favorite villains

 

I don't know how they're going to do a decent Doomsday.

As for the Joker. Wow. But I don't think he's going to be in the movie much.

 

Not sure how they can make a good Doomsday when you already have Lex and basically every important DC hero in the movie.

Now I know it's just set pictures but Suicide Squad is getting me less and less excited the more I look into it. I'm not too worried about them cramming in characters, most aren't very well known.

Mad Max has been getting a lot of great reviews.

 

I don't understand the Mad Max hype. I liked the first film as it was an everyman revenge film; this post-apocalyptic road warrior Thunderdome crap is just silly violence porn IMO.
