Sick of 3 and outs. Move the chains Marcus , arm or legs, I don't give a f$$k . He has decent judgement and CBJ will be 3rd string. What more do we want? It's the most important position and we probably have 2 decent ones. Good deal. Also Mariota has a lot to learn prepping for this first game vs. Tampa , I hope the team really rallies behind him, he's gonna need that. He's gonna put in the work, hopefully the loser attitude don't rub off on him. Positive energy can go a long way for a young player.

Mett (history of injury)...Locker (injured in College and horribly inaccurate) ....Of course they all start out healthy..What I am saying is...Your attitude sucks, It is what it is. Get behind the kid and your team.

Don't you think Mariota needs time though? I just really hope for the best from him so I think it would be safer and more productive to start Mett for at least part of the season, because no rookie QB can go from running a spread offense to an NFL playbook in 3 months.

Plus our offensive line is not great, adding a running quarterback would be difficult on them. I hope Whiz handles this situation with caution, once a scrambling QB goes on the IR, he is almost never the same.

Yeah I agree man. I honestly think the kid WILL start and I do think he will be ready. He has a good head on his shoulders, he was a leader in College, and a quick learner. It will be a hard transition, but he is not Manziel, which is why they grabbed him at #2. He also has the physical skills/size. Whiz definitely needs to handle this right, and I think that's why he chose to go physical with the running game (Fowler, Cobb) and grab a big Mauler like Poutasi. I think they need a RT, and if they get that...We will be just fine.

It's football, everyone gets injured, it's part of the game.

If you're expecting this dude to stay healthy, may the force be with you.

Whiz and Webster researched MM. They picked his brain and watched his play. They are banking their jobs on him. They feel that strongly about him then I don't have a problem. The other thing is, whiz likes met. Always has. So to take MM with the 2 pick to start him over met, says volume about their belief in MM.
