Patriots deserve a HUGE punishment. Not just Tom Brady but the organization itself. Multiple times CAUGHT cheating? Who knows how many countless other times they have cheated and gotten away with that? I think they should lose multiple first round draft picks, and that they should have their wins this season including the super bowl vacated from the history books. That's what they do in college when someone cheats, why would they make it less harsh in the NFL. They have to set an example to other leagues as well as to the people who watch football that cheating is NOT ok!

How FREAKIN lucky(yeah right) that the report was released right after the draft so people wouldn't be calling for loss of draft picks. They were caught and had to do something. This whole thing will work out for the best outcome for the Pats. Seems they always have the fix in for them.

This definitely needs to happen! And considering the report basically says "It's probable that Brady knew of a likely cheating", that's too much uncertainty I think for the NFL to chance any serious "punishment".

I wouldn't be surprised if they were fined a substantial amount for "improper handling of the game balls" which they can justify by McNally removing the balls without permission, while at the same time making it look like they're punishing the Patriots for tampering.

Something like that I can support. Anything with game suspensions for Brady should be appealed, and it would not surprise me if a civil suit ensued as well. They would have grounds for one IMO, it would just be a value judgment call by Kraft.

The saints paid for their "cheating". Drafting people with charges isn't cheating. playing stuff over a speaker should hardly be considered cheating, but again, they paid for that as well.

The patriots blatantly get caught cheating multiple times and nothing. Yeah the Browns got caught cheating. Guess where their coach learned how to do it? No way....

well you wanted to talk about integrity and character. Condoning a known woman beater is now less than cheating?

    Okay

Oh so home crowd noise doesn't help win games???? But a little less air is the world to some people.

Btw you just condoned cheating with that Comment that more noise shouldn't be considered cheating. Cheating is cheating right?

Brady's gonna get suspended. They lost draft picks with spy gate. They've paid. But not to your bias standards I guess.

I mean ok, yeah pumping in artificial crowd noise is bull too, but they answered for that. I hardly think that changed the game any where close to brady having a smaller football for his tiny hands.

He probably hates eating whoppers too.

The Patriots get caught cheating..........again............I am so surprised;)

And as far as needing 100% proof, the NFL doesn't. It is more like a preponderance of the evidence level in a civil trial. Look at Gregg Hardy, all the charges were dropped for lack of evidence and he still got popped for 10 games because the NFL "thinks he is guilty" even though the DA dropped all the charges.

So if the NFL "thinks Brady is guilty", why does the same standard not apply here?
