Im convinced Duece reads things and just says the opposite of what he reads just to get a reaction. He has done this with every player we have aquired through FA and the draft I think.

Actually yes they do. It's their job. If you've watched the behind the scenes videos they put out, these guys have to watch a ton of tape. That doesn't make what they say 100 percent true, but they are a better judge of talent than Deuce Wayne.

It's perfectly fine to have doubts about DGB. But to say it as of matter of fact like DW does when all the evidence points otherwise is dumb.

They have a staff feeding them info, very very few actually know what they're saying...

Dude... Even IN his highlight videos he's short-arming, t-rexing, catching with his chest NONSTOP.

So no, I don't care what ESPN says. Ever. Know why? They know sh**.

Torched some good SEC defenses? Kentucky?... Auburn? Dude had like 3 good games... that's it. haha

Ohhh but he's such a monster. He just can't figure out how to not be shut down by Vanderbilt, Tennessee, etc.

    You're overhyping. Massively. Stop that.

You're providing a standard that he isn't capable to live up to. You guys did the exact same thing with Justin Hunter... now you all talk like he's the worst because he's not "the next Randy Moss" as you all claimed he was because you get a blind raging boner for anyone we draft.

Watch these highlights (which should make him look his very best)... short-arm city. Catches with his pads almost every time and rarely makes a clean grab because his hands are weak.

Does anyone have a link to the article on PFT that mentioned teams had DGB in prior to the draft and came away stating he was determinted to be un-coachable and could not follow basic x's and o's? I just saw it a few hours back and now it appears to be taken down?

One AFC OC said Dorial Green-Beckham was "completely lost" when asked to go over plays during a pre-draft visit.

Thanks to a laundry list of off-field issues, Green-Beckham did not play football in 2014. It's not a surprise that he struggled to grasp concepts and playbooks as he's been relying on truly unique natural ability for his entire career. The Titans are betting on physical talent here, hoping DGB doesn't end up like Cordarrelle Patterson or new teammate Justin Hunter. "Whoever takes him better have a plan for him because it could be rough early on," the offensive coordinator said.

I actually agree with you on most points about DGB, he's going to need some work but I'm eager to see how he looks on the field after spending a season with Oklahoma. He does have some bad traits but also has immense potential. If he developed more at OU and Jefferson can coach him like a bat of a hell, then we have something special. If we see the same stuff over and over when the season comes around, we have a glorified red zone target. Here's hoping he refines his game.

Hilarious how that same article says he has good hands and a great catch radius. But somehow he has T-Rex arms....

I never hyped up Justin Hunter. As a Vol fan I saw plenty of red flags, but also a good amount of potential. Thought trading up for him was a dumb move though. I wanted Caradine.

And it isn't just ESPN that loves DGB's ability. It's every expert, scout, and analyst. That doesn't mean he's a lock to be the next Calvin Johnson. But he clearly has all the tools to be an elite WR if he can stay out of trouble. And the majority of the issues you say he has are competely made up.
