I don't think I'm gonna have any problem being patient with these guys. We have a looooooong way to go so expecting a miracle in one offseason is likely setting yourself up for disappointment.

That said, I expect a hell of a lot better than 2-14.

I've been so frustrated for so long. I see this as the type of "aggressive" approach toward changing the complacent culture that the Titans experience offered.

I am truly interested for the first time in years. I can't see being as frustrated again as long as we continue to apply some innovation like we did in this draft. It was long overdue. And I greatly appreciate the approach.

Yep. Who knows how this class will actually pan out but this is exactly the kind of draft they needed to have to generate some excitement into what has become arguably the most apathetic fanbases in the entire league. They had to swing for the fences and show the fanbase that they are at least trying. Nothing would've been more boring IMO than taking a 3-4 DE at #2 or trading down and stocking up on 2nd tier talent.

I'm hoping we can flirt with .500

Thaty'll put us around 10-15 in the 2016 draft. Go heavy defense and probably a Day 2 pick on a RT/LG. Hopefully in 2016-2017 we can fight for playoffs.

Not to poke at you but, as I recall, your faith in Webster is pretty low. If he was an idiot before, what appeal is there for him to be an aggressive idiot?

BTW, I don't see taking Mariota as being aggressive at all. I think it was the safest option once a deal to trade out wasn't there.

As a season ticket holder, I would've been much more excited if our draft went lw then Jordan Phillips. That's a defense I'd like to see.

Yes- I have not thought Webster has been a good GM. But how can you criticize me, if I believe this draft has been different than the past, the coaching hire of Lebeau has been significantly different, we have a different pres/CEO?

There has been a CLEAR change in how the titans organization is approaching things. Is it all Webster? I don't think so. Does he get some credit- absolutely. I have been one of the few that actually posted I thought he handled the potential trade situation correctly.

I understand how most people can be confused in regards to how my position has changed. But you aren't one of them. This organization has been steered in a different direction this year. One is which complacency and low risk ventures has been replaced with an aggressive risk/reward model.
