What do you guys think the #33 pick could fetch in a trade down just 5-8 spots? If they can get a decent extra pick, it may be worth it since there seems to be at least 10-12 solid players still available. (From what I've read)

For most teams in the Bears' range, I'd say a 4th and maybe a swap of late round picks. The further down it goes, like where Pittsburgh is, you're talking 3rd, plus 4th, 6th. So yeah, 33 gets relatively quite a bit more expensive compared to what picks teams have left.

Honestly no. I think they played it smart with Mariota and will likely play it smart here too. Either trade back if worthy, or take a first run talent stud with the overall 1st pick in the second round.

I think you guys hoping to get a third this year while just moving 5-7 spots are getting your hopes up.

The Titans swapped second round picks, gave up a seventh and a future third to move up six spots to get Justin Hunter.

He needed to return another year and become more consistent. He disappeared way too much for me to be excited about that pick.

Timmy Jernigan was way more violent against the run. Was he limited as a pass rusher and lacked Goldman's size? Yeah, but he flashed every game against the run. I would go long stretches trying to find Goldman.
