    Well, the Bucs are a business and like any good business they want positive PR. Winston needs to be a choirboy with his baggage and not cause his new employer heartburn. Less about butt sticks and more about maturity. He just did the equivalent of farting on a first date...with the windows up.

    Unemployed people can act as silly as they like, publicly, online. But once you are employed by a major corporation, you are expected not to act like a moron, most of the time.

    Most companies try to have pride in those they hire. It's hard to do for the NFL these days.
