Talk/rumours of trading out of #2

We're going to **** this up.

 

Still too early to say that IMO.....they will only extract max value by maxing out potential offers. This is going to be a continuous circular conversation with talking heads until about 3 seconds after the Buc pick.

 

I want to believe, but I just have no reason to have faith in the men in charge.

Part of my logic assumes good administration and negotiating skills in the FO. May be where my logic fails. Hope not, but I see your point.

IMO Webster's job one year from now is going to boil down to this move....if he blows it, he is done here.

 

Lets be honest, we blew a trade opportunity last year at 11 when the Browns were trying to move up for Manziel.

This buys Webster a year, buys Whis at least two, we get to draft top 10 again next year (and maybe the year after that), and in 4 years we will be arguing over Fry's gem Malik.

Now that that is settled, time to move on to other things to solve LOL.....

 

If Webster takes Mariota, he's done. The only way he keeps his job is to trade out, let Whiz get fired and build through the draft.

 

I'm unsure how this works... If we trade out of the pick and stockpile - how's that Whiz's fault?
