Pretty sure Eagles don't have next year 2nd round pick to deal. Change next year 2nd into a 1st and I take that deal.

Get it done 2015 #12 and #20 next years 1st plus Cox, Kendricks, Boykin, Curry, and either Mathis/Peters.

I would be ruthless, if I know for a fact Kelly wants Mariota that bad. I would take everything they got.

This is where I get interested.. Adding proven young players would be huge in a trade in my eyes. Why gamble on a draft pick when a team is dealing you proven players? If they have guys in spots we need that are quality, and they're throwing in 2 firsts, the Titans better take it!

We're going to have all this trade excitement leading up to the draft and we'll just stay at #2 to pick LW. Buzz kill.

Didn't Webster say he rather have picks than players? Isn't it more to it than just exchanging players for picks?

I don't know. Wouldn't make sense to me to take unproven rookies over established players if they fit your needs. Picks are good if you can get them for something you don't need/want. But favoring picks over proven players would be a huge gamble.

I feel like franchises have always valued picks more than players. That might just be because trading players it much more difficult and expensive. Difficult in the sense that its hard to value current players. Expensive in the sense that you're never going to trade for a player with only 1 year remaining on their deal. A extension needs to be reached verbally before the trade can happen. So basically the trade needs to be in place before the clock starts.
