Titans Sign Hakeem Nicks

We brought in every receiver w/ 1st and 2nd round grades, pretty sure we are going receiver.

The NFL's version of the Philadelphia Phillies, the Titans love old, run-down, has-beens. Add Nicks to a pile that already included Harry Douglas, Anthony Fasano, Kam Wimbley, and Shonn Greene. Nicks tried to rehab his value in Indianapolis with the game's best young passer last season and still did little, struggling to a 38-405-4 line before seeing his snaps cut in favor of Donte Moncrief. Nicks is just 27, but plays like he's 37. Even for disappointing Justin Hunter, Nicks is unlikely to provide serious competition.

 

27 is old? I agree with the lack of success with Luck being worrisome

This doesn't change anything. Before Nicks we only had 3 WRs, 4 if you want to count Ford. This won't impact our draft strategy.

Also, Nicks has some injury issues but maybe those will be limited considering he'll have a lower snap count this season. Idk trying the glass half full approach with this.

 

Nicks is still able to contribute... He'll be a decent 3rd or 4th option. Brings winning background too, that's something we need here...

 

Yea, we'll for sure get a WR in either first or second round. Count on that.

 

yeah I know which month were in - I just haven't liked these signings much although they do need to fill the roster I understand.

The tackle they needed they just signed the wrong guy IMO

and the WR wasn't a huge need even for depth, they can draft one or 2 and still have 3 others listed before him - just not a Nicks fan I guess
