We're just less than a week away from the draft and these rumors are flying high... Imagine what stuff will be out the day before the draft. lol

As interesting as it would be to see Mariota play for Kelly I would just as soon rather see us take Mariota than trade him to Philly. Philly has nothing to offer us outside of low 1st rd picks, which arguably we would end up taking 2nd rd graded talent at since most experts agree outside of top 15 most of the prospects start averaging a 2nd rd grade. Unless he is throwing in Fletcher Cox and Jordan Matthews along with a couple of 1st rounders this year and next year it really makes no sense.

Bradford makes no sense in this deal being he has only 1 year left on his contract and at a cap hit of nearly $13 million. Bradford comes from a spread style college concept so if you are willing to take him why not just draft Mariota and have him for minimum of 5 years?

Bradford won't be a part of the deal. If he is he's a throw in.

I wouldn't mind that because Bradford would come in as competition for Mett instead of the day 1 starter. I would think that would be an interesting QB competition to watch through camp.

I've written about it on my blog, what I'd ask for from the Eagles if we have to move to #20. I'd want: #20, #52, 1st & 2nd rounder in 2016, Bradford, Fletcher Cox, and Jordan Matthews. Getting Cox helps ease the pain of not being able to draft Leonard Williams, Bradford is competition for Mett, and Jordan Matthews gives us the big bodied WR we need to fill out our WR corps.

Sounds like a big wish list....if we were talking about anyone but Chip Kelly here I would say no way. However, Kelly has done nothing so far this offseason (since being in charge of personnel) to tell me he would not do something like this LOL.

It seems like a lot but moving to #20 from #2 is very costly. If you think about it in reverse; what if the Titans were at #20 and wanted to move to #2, what would you think it would take? Probably something similar.
