Bet the Jets would be willing to give up the farm for Winston.

 

Would that be the worst thing? VY was a roller coaster for sure, but man when he was on top it was fun being a fan.

And Winston wouldn't be VY 2.0, totally different styles of play. I suppose if youre suggesting their off the field stuff then ok, but on the field Winston is a much safer player IMO.

 

Shouldn't this thread be in the draft section? Any ways it doesn't matter, but looks like Winston made it to Titans HQ per Jim Wyatt this morning.

VY was a head case. JW has major maturity problems, big difference IMO.

I would not hesitate to draft JW if the Buccs take MM.

 

VY was a running QB. Winston is not.

I just don't believe Tampa passing on Winston. Only way if still a bad Josh Freeman vibe hanging around.

 

If Winston is there at #2, Ruston should get a paper cut from grabbing the card and writing his name down so fast.

I think, along with others on this board, that Winston is going to put his past behind him and have a great career. I love his determination, leadership, and love for the game. Would be a star here.

 

I've wanted Winston all along. More sold on him than Mariota. Character concerns are legitimate but he is only barely 21. I think he's worth the risk.

I still think Tampa takes him though.
